Omakase Nigiri
I absolutely love sitting at the bar and ordering Omakase! As well as their rolls! Everything is super fresh, service impeccable and great / fun ambiance with the Hibachi chefs.
Hibachi Rib Eye Steak
I've lived in Santa Barbara for 25 years, and Something's Fishy has been our go-to spot for every birthday celebration. We recently went for my husband's birthday, and as always, the hibachi did not disappoint! The flavors were incredible, and it's such a treat to watch the chefs in action---my kid absolutely loves it and talks about it for days afterward. The staff always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we have a great experience. There's a reason we keep coming back year after year. Hibachi Shrimp Bowl
Something's Fishy (Habachi Steak) is our favorite restaurant for taste of food. When they came back after Covid, the prices were considerably higher. But these Bowls (steak, shrimp, salmon) are very reasonably priced (roughly $20) and include fried rice (if you prefer) and even a soft drink. It is for take out only but has become a weekly event for us. I get the shrimp my husband gets the shrimp and we share.
Ganja
My boyfriend and I get this yummy yummy roll. It should be eaten right away. It is a Tempura roll filled with spicy tuna and wrapped with shiso leaf. The sauce that comes on the side with this roll is a soy mustard, sweet sauce & creamy sesame sauce. The Ganja roll at Something's Fishy is a MUST roll to get if you want to change it up. It really is an amazing roll PERFECT for dinning in and take out. I have had it both ways and I honestly love DINNING in because of the service but when I can't come in and enjoy the vibes, it is definitely a perfect roll for TAKE OUT.
Tokyo Combo
I had the steak and chicken, my wife had steak and shrimp, and my daughter had steak and scallops. All were very good including the fried rice and vegetables. The shrimp and scallops were especially delicious. The chef did a fantastic presentation preparing the food at the teppanyaki grill. We will definitely be eating here again.

So tasty! Cooked to perfection. Our Chef was such a funny and entertaining guy!
Hibachi Chicken
We had the best time! We celebrated my oldest daughter's birthday with her friends and they all had a blast- the chef was super fun, the food was delicious and overall so worth it! My younger daughter's birthday is coming up and we plan to come back for it!

Kid's Hibachi new York Steak
It was one of the most amazing Hibachi Restaurants I've ever been to! This deserves a Michelin star!!!! Love it love it love it! So excited to go again this weekend!
